Promotion Period

Offer valid from July 15, 2025, through August 15, 2025

Eligibility

• Available to all new service locations, including new and existing customers adding service at an additional serviceable address, or an additional service at the same address under a separate account.
• Service address must be within Straight Shot Wireless’ active service area.

 

Agreement Terms

• A minimum 12-month service agreement is required to qualify.
• Standard Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Confirmation of Sale (COS) paperwork must be signed before activation.

 

Offer Details

• One (1) month of free internet service is provided as a service credit equal to the subscriber’s selected plan rate.
• If the subscriber’s selected plan rate is $80/month or higher, the service credit equals two (2) months of the subscriber’s selected plan rate. All other terms and conditions apply equally.
• This credit is applied to the subscriber’s account after Ninety (90) consecutive days of active, paid service.
• The account must remain in good standing and active during this period.
• Missed payments, service suspension, or early termination voids eligibility for the credit.
• The credit has no cash value and may not be refunded, transferred, or applied to other accounts.
• Standard installation fee is waived.
• The promotional credit amount is locked in at the time of activation based on the subscriber’s selected plan rate.
• If the subscriber downgrades their service plan to a lower-priced plan within the first ninety (90) days, they forfeit any remaining promotional credit.
• If the subscriber upgrades to a higher-priced plan within the first ninety (90) days, the originally scheduled promotional credit amount does not change.
• No equipment leases are included as part of this promotion. Customers may lease equipment separately under standard service terms, or provide their own equipment as per the MSA.
• Plan pricing starts as low as $40/month after the promotional period.

 

Billing Terms

• Customer billing begins on the installation anniversary date.
• The promotional credit applies Ninety (90) Days from the Activation date automatically, provided all terms are met. No additional action by the customer is required.

 

Equipment Responsibility

• Customer is responsible for purchasing, maintaining, and securing all required equipment unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement.
• Straight Shot Wireless assumes no responsibility for equipment not directly provided by Straight Shot Wireless.

 

Limitations

• One promotional offer per service location.
• Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.
• Subject to technical qualification and service availability.
• Service plan changes during the first ninety (90) days may affect promotional eligibility. Contact customer service prior to making any account changes
• Straight Shot Wireless reserves the right to reject any promotional application or limit the number of promotional sign-ups at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where service is not technically feasible or operational capacity is exceeded.
• Downgrading service within the first ninety (90) days will void promotional credit eligibility.
• All cancellations are subject to the cancellation terms outlined in the Master Service Agreement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Straight Shot Wireless makes no guarantees or warranties regarding internet speeds, service availability, or service performance beyond those set forth in the Master Service Agreement.

 

Verification and Identity

Straight Shot Wireless reserves the right to verify customer identity, address, and service eligibility prior to activation under this promotion.

 

Force Majeure

Straight Shot Wireless shall not be liable for failure to provide service or honor promotional terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or equipment shortages.

 

Governing Law

This promotional offer, and any service agreements entered into as part of it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico.

 

Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from this promotional offer shall be resolved in accordance with the arbitration clause contained in Straight Shot Wireless’s Master Service Agreement.

 

Fraud/Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or otherwise fraudulently participate in this promotion will result in immediate disqualification and may subject the account holder to service termination or legal action.
