This Privacy Policy complements our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and Master Service Agreement (collectively, \u201cAgreements\u201d) and should be read in conjunction with those documents. Your California Privacy Rights Under the Shine The Light Act<\/h2>\n

Generally, California residents that have a business relationship with SSW are entitled by the \u201cShine the Light Act\u201d (\u201cAct\u201d) to ask for information identifying the categories of Personal Information that SSW shared with our Affiliates and\/or other third parties for their marketing purposes the preceding year, and provide contact information for such Affiliates and\/or third parties unless SSW meets certain exceptions in the Act.
