As of July 15th, 2020: Straight Shot Wireless will be re-establishing $15 late fees for past due payments and delinquent accounts due to non payment.
If your household or business has suffered due to the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdown, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative payment arrangements. Please note that if we do not hear from you, we will not know that you have been affected and will proceed with collections as normal. Deadline for the collection process is July 15th, 2020.

Our lobby is open from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday for your convenience. We are requiring any customers who wish to come into our office to please wear a mask while inside as we will do the same out of courtesy to you.
